For Cotai Water Jet passengers who were unable to travel as a result of suspension ferry services of Typhoon, their ferry tickets can be handled in one of the following ways:
- For passengers with full-fare tickets (except SRC membership tickets purchased using points) that were bought at Cotai Water Jet or Chu Kong Passenger Transport direct ticketing offices or via Cotai Water Jet website can go to our ticketing offices for tickets amendment (free of service charge) or get refund within one month after the typhoon. Tickets booked via Cotai Water Jet website have not yet been collected can get refund on the credit card by calling Customer Service Hotline.
- Tickets that were bought via travel agents or retail outlets (including individual tickets, packaged tickets, group tickets, electronic tickets and ticket redemption vouchers) can only get a refund at where the purchase was made.
- Tickets that were part of a hotel package or complimentary ticket coupons can only change the date of travel within one month after the typhoon at the Cotai Water Jet box offices.
- Complimentary tickets (zero fare) for Sands Rewards Club members can only change the date of travel, while non-complimentary tickets may also get a refund. Both procedures have to be made within one month after the typhoon.
