2020 Alipay Campaign

Passengers who get the Alipay e-coupon and settle the payment through Alipay can enjoy Cotai Water Jet City Route 20% discount for Cotai First adult full fare ticket (the “Campaign”).


Campaign Period: 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020
(Black-out Period: 25 - 28 January, 10 - 13 April, 25 - 27 December of 2020)

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Passengers shall get the e-coupon from Alipay and settle the payment through Alipay in order to enjoy 20% discount in Cotai Water Jet tickets.
  2. This Campaign only applies to Cotai Water Jet's City Route adult full fare Cotai First tickets.
  3. Cotai Water Jet City Route are as follows:
    • Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/ from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal
    • Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal to/ from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal
  4. Each eligible passengers can enjoy the offer under this Campaign ONCE per month, and each e-coupon promotion code can only be used ONCE. The redemption system will reset at 23:59 on the last day of each month.
  5. Passengers can only enjoy a maximum of four one-way tickets or four sets of round-trip tickets with the e-coupon promotion code.
  6. Passengers are required to hold and use China's domestic Real-Name registration Alipay account to pay.
  7. All sailings must be finished on or before 30 June 2020.
  8. This Campaign is subject to seat availability.
  9. No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket is issued.
  10. Cotai Ferry Company Limited* will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
  11. This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. 
  12. Cotai Ferry Company Limited* reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
  13. This Campaign is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage.
  14. In case of any dispute related to or in connection with this Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions, Cotai Ferry Company Limited* reserves the right to make the final decision.
  15. The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
