1.      This Offer only applies to Cotai Water Jet City Route full fare Cotai Class and Cotai First ferry tickets.
2.       Each person can purchase up to four (4) one-way discounted ferry tickets per day. Each Proof can only be used once.
3.    For Offer redemption, each Proof is valid for one month before and after from the date of entertainment shows, concerts, convention or exhibition.
4.    All sailing schedules must be completed within the Promotion Period (i.e. on or before 31 December 2026).
5.    The settlement currency for discounted ferry tickets is in Hong Kong dollars. 
6.    Discounted ferry tickets are subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
7.    Discounted ferry tickets are only applicable to on-time sailing schedules on the same date that passengers purchased.
8.    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
9.    No change, cancellation or refund is available once ferry ticket is issued.
10.    Discounted ferry tickets cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin.
11.    All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
12.    Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
13.    This Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of CFCL.
14.    CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.  
15.    In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.     
16.    The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
